10 Step Cleaning Process
1) Pre Cleaning Inspection: Our carpet cleaning technician will do a walkthrough of the home or area to be cleaned with you where you have the opportunity to explain any specific concerns or problem areas that need to be treated. This will help us to determine the most appropriate method for achieving optimal stain removal.
2) Pre-vacuum: If required a vacuum is used to ensure a work area that is completely free of loose dirt and debris.
3) Furniture Moving Assessment: Our technicians will move small, easy to move pieces like chairs and tables, but because we value the safety of our technicians, larger pieces will remain in place. Care will be taken to shield the furniture with protective tabs that are easily removable after the carpeting has dried.
4) Pre-Spot: Specific areas including high traffic lanes as well as set in stains will be treated with an extra Pre-Spot treatment even prior to the Pre-Spray
5) Pre-Spray: The entire area identified for cleaning is pre-conditioning with a specially formulated solution. A low pressure solution sprayer is used to evenly distribute the solution which allows for the best result during the hot water extraction process
6) Pre-Groom: Before starting the extraction process our seasoned technicians will take some time using a hand groomer to ensure adequate coverage of the pre-spray as well as provide additional agitation to aid in loosening dirt that is clinging to the fibers. Our technicians spend extra attention to hard to reach areas and heavily soiled areas to ensure the best clean possible.
7) Extraction and Rinse: Using our high performance Truck Mounted El-Diablo Hot Water Extraction System the carpet is thoroughly flushed to remove even the most deeply set stains. Our system is designed to deliver both high pressure and high temperature giving the perfect combination for optimal stain removal. The El-Diablo Extractor delivers temperatures exceeding 220 °F and pressures in excess of, both pressure and heat are regulated to prevent the carpet from being oversaturated and soggy.
8) Post Spot Treatment: After the extraction and rinse phase any spots still remaining will be identified by the technician who will attempt to remove them utilizing other methods. It is important here to not that that some stains identified as permanent by the technician may not be removable.
9) Post Grooming: At the end of the cleaning process the carpet pile is reconfigured and reorganized by the technician to allow for the shorted drying time possible, additionally this is done for a more visually satisfying experience.
10) Post Cleaning Inspection: After the previous nine steps have been completed the technician will do a walk through with the client to allow you to personally inspect the work that was done and ensure your 100% satisfaction.
